I found this desk at Goodwill. The tag was missing so I knew another person had it. I waited around and shopped hoping they would change their mind about buying it. I walked back to the desk & THE TAG WAS BACK ON IT!! It was still for sale and best yet, it was 1/2 off the listed price! I scored this puppy for a whopping $15!
I sanded down the red accents, sanded most of the shininess out of the black too. I then painted 2 coats of my own mixture of black chalk paint. I distressed the edges, sealed it & add different hardware which were antique pulls from a dresser I redid a few months ago
